Hopkins School District

Description:

Hopkins Public Schools is an award-winning school district with a K-12 population of about 6,800 students. The district has six elementary schools, one magnet Chinese immersion school (XinXing Academy), two junior high schools and one high school.

Why is it important?

This school district serves the city of Hopkins, most of Minnetonka, about half of Golden Valley, and portions of Eden Prairie, Edina, Plymouth, and St. Louis Park.

The program is a Public School District, therefore it is about educating students within these geographical locations.

The program occurs in any one of the schools within the district.

The programming occurs during the school year, September through Early June with Winter Break and Spring Break.

The program is important because it serves the students, and families, of this region.
